    Swiss Alpine Herbs “Café de Paris”
     
    Butter

    Mix “Café de Paris” with softened butter and let it stand for 10 minutes.

    May be served on a grilled steak or may serve as spread on a toast. A true pleasure!

    Swiss Alpine Herbs “Café de Paris”
    200g
    low fat curd
    100g
    natural yoghurt
    1 tb
    mustard
     
    Salt and pepper

    Combine Café de Paris, low fat curd and mustard. Season as desired.

    tablespoon low fat curd
    1
    tablespoon sour cream
     
    Wild garlic dip:
    1
    teaspoon “Mix with wild garlic”
    ½
    teaspoon ”Wild garlic”
     
    Alpine chilli dip (spicy):
    ½
    teaspoon “Alpine Chilli”
    1
    pinch salt
     
    Alpine herb dip:
    1
    teaspoon “Alpine herb salt”
    ½
    teaspoon dried “Alpine Herbs”
     
    Alpine pesto:
    1
    teaspoon “Alpine pesto”
     
    Fish & Dip:
    1
    teaspoon “Fish & Dip”
     

    The dips may be served with a range of crudités such as cauliflower or carrot sticks. They can also be enjoyed with hot dishes like fried fish, potatoes or hot pot.
