Butter Café de Paris
Ingredients for ca. 4 servings
- Swiss Alpine Herbs “Café de Paris”
- Butter
Mix “Café de Paris” with softened butter and let it stand for 10 minutes.
May be served on a grilled steak or may serve as spread on a toast. A true pleasure!Product:

- Swiss Alpine Herbs “Café de Paris”
- 200g
- low fat curd
- 100g
- natural yoghurt
- 1 tb
- mustard
- Salt and pepper
Combine Café de Paris, low fat curd and mustard. Season as desired.

The dips may be served with a range of crudités such as cauliflower or carrot sticks. They can also be enjoyed with hot dishes like fried fish, potatoes or hot pot.
