Salmon-mozarella toast
Ingredients for ca. 4 servings
- Swiss Alpine Herbs “Fish & Dip”
- 4
- slices of toast
- 4
- large slices of smoked salmon
- 150g
- mozarella
- butter
- ½
- onion
- Pepper
Butter toasts. Place 1 slice of smoked salmon on each toast and season with “Fish & Dip”. Garnish with onion rings. Place 1-2 slices of mozarella on top and season again with “Fish & Dip”.
Preheat oven at 180°C. and bake toasts for 15-20 minutes until mozarella is melted.Product:
