  • Salmon-mozarella toast

    Ingredients for ca. 4 servings

     
    Swiss Alpine Herbs “Fish & Dip”
    4
    slices of toast
    4
    large slices of smoked salmon
    150g
    mozarella
     
    butter
    ½
    onion
     
    Pepper

    Butter toasts. Place 1 slice of smoked salmon on each toast and season with “Fish & Dip”. Garnish with onion rings. Place 1-2 slices of mozarella on top and season again with “Fish & Dip”.

    Preheat oven at 180°C. and bake toasts for 15-20 minutes until mozarella is melted.
